Each athlete for Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Tennis must click on the link below and complete the COVID-19 Pre-Screen Requirements each Sunday from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
This must be done each week on your first day of Strength & Conditioning.
PRE-SCREEN INSTRUCTONS HANDOUT (1)
EVERYDAY SELF SCREEN:
Before coming to the school each day you much self screen by making sure you don’t have any of the below symptoms.
COVID Symptoms for Screening/ Self-Screening
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea
- Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
- Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19
- If you do not have any symptoms listed you may report to school to have your temperature taken. Bring Water and School Issued Face Mask.
